Product Description

Copper foil flexible connections can be insulated with heat shrinkable tubing or PVC dipping.
    Either heat shrinkable tubing or PVC dipping provides copper foil flexible connections with better resistance to oxidation and corrosion, thus meeting the insulation requirements of electrical components.
    The flexibility and friction properties of PVC dipping are better than those of heat shrink tubing, thus meeting the insulation integrity of irregularly shaped copper foil flexible connections.

 

The insulated busbars are made of multiple layers of highly flexible, flat, thin copper conductors overlaid with an extruded insulation layer, which is currently available in two materials: special polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), which has a low smoke and halogen-free character. The insulation is black. As the copper conductors slide freely within the insulation, the flexible busbars have unlimited bending and twisting properties. At the same time, the multi-layer flat conductor structure of the insulated busbar allows the same cross-sectional area to carry a larger current, thus reducing the amount of conductor material and saving both weight and layout space.

 

    On request, the top and bottom sides of the bare copper foil flexible connection can be laminated with nickel or silver sheets. In addition to better resistance to oxidation and corrosion, this copper foil flexible connection avoids the potential for corrosion of the copper foil due to the residue of the plating solution The thickness of the single piece of wire or silver: 0.05mm, 0.10mm, 0.20mm
